About
Bourbon Mora Silvestre is a rare gem from Huila, Colombia, with a cup profile as wild and vivid as its name suggests. Grown at 1,720 meters and carefully harvested at perfect ripeness, this coffee is a study in balance and brightness.
Fermented for 96 hours in cherry and an additional 48 hours in mucilage, then slowly dried under the Colombian sun for 15 days, the result is a clean and refreshing cup with flavours of red berries, rose tea, plum, lime, and blueberry. Its floral notes and delicate body make every sip feel like a quiet bloom in the wild.
Crafted with care, this is a cup for the curious.
