Winter Solstice Pop-Up: A Warm Gathering in Vienna

This past Saturday, we welcomed a vibrant community of coffee lovers, runners, and art enthusiasts for a cozy Winter Solstice celebration. As the winter days grow shorter, our goal was to bring a little sunshine, warmth, and inspiration to Vienna through coffee, baked treats, and art.

A Morning Run and Sweet Rewards

The day began with a vibrant Social Run, led by Max, drawing a community of coffee lovers and runners alike. Participants braved the crisp air, enjoying a scenic 4–6 km route, and were rewarded with fresh coffee and delicious treats from KOLMA. Julia, KOLMA’s passionate owner, created an entirely vegan menu, offering everything from kimchi focaccia to chocolate sea salt cookies, yuzu cake, and more—a true feast of flavors.

Coffee, Art, and Community

At the heart of the event was the introduction of our Winter Solstice roast—a Brazilian natural coffee showcasing rich flavors of candied orange and chocolate. The event brought people together over cups of this limited-edition coffee, fostering moments of connection and warmth. The inviting atmosphere of the space made it the perfect setting for shared conversations and new connections.

A Creative Showcase by HOVN Studio

The event also featured a printwork exhibition curated by HOVN Studio, which showcased pieces by talented artists, blending modern creativity with timeless design. The thoughtful curation complemented the event’s tone, reflecting our shared values of mindfulness and appreciation for the unseen. The studio’s photography and designs beautifully captured the day, preserving its spirit and joyful moments.

From longtime friends to new faces, the gathering was filled with warmth and camaraderie.
