This espresso comes from Fazenda Jaguara, a family-run farm in Campo das Vertentes, Brazil. Managed by a close-knit team of agronomists and coffee lovers, Jaguara is known for its commitment to sustainable practices and quality-driven farming. The farm is partly powered by solar panels, producing its own energy and reducing its environmental impact a reflection of their thoughtful, future-minded approach to coffee.
