About
Carefully harvested at peak ripeness, the cherries undergo a unique process—48 hours of oxidation in cherry, followed by 88 hours of sealed fermentation with mucilage. This slow and intentional approach brings out a vibrant clarity in the cup: melon, mango, orange and honey, all wrapped in a clean, creamy body and lingering citrus acidity.
This coffee is a tribute to craftsmanship, sunshine, and soul.
Tasting Notes:Melon, Mango, medium-high tartaric-citric acidity, and medium and creamy body.
